DESCRIPTION:This is a free masterclass\, reserve your free ticket starting July 24.  One ticket limit per order.\n\nIn this 90-minute beginner-friendly class\, participants will have the opportunity to express themselves through contemporary movement in an open and judgement-free environment!\n\nSyncopate Collective artist Cecilia Benitez will guide participants through improvisation\, writing\, and collective sharing. With joy at the forefront\, participants will explore spontaneous movement and discover new ways of dancing and creating alongside one another. This class encourages a deeper engagement with imagination as a way of relating\, dreaming\, and co-creating in community\, without judgement or editing.\n\nNo dance experience is needed\, just an open mind and heart!\nPlease bring a journal or paper and pen.\n\nNOTE: This is a PARTICIPATORY dance class.
