PAMM Free Second Saturdays celebrates creativity and storytelling with a day inspired by Woody De Othello: coming forth by day and Black History Month. Families can enjoy hands-on art activities, traditional African dance and drumming by Delou Africa, Inc., and a family-friendly poetry activation from BIPOC Poetry Night led by Brianna Clara all centered on identity, imagination, and transforming the everyday into something extraordinary.

Explore the history of South Dade’s agricultural roots in a conversation examining how farming, migrant labor, and environmental change shaped the Homestead and Redland communities. Featuring historians, photographers, and community advocates, the program is presented in conjunction with Belonging in Transit and includes a complimentary pass to HistoryMiami Museum. This hands-on workshop invites participants of all ages to engage with a rich variety of artistic media and creative processes inspired by artworks in the museum.
