    Fridge Art Fair returns for its 13th edition during Miami Art Week—right on the beach at the legendary Palace South Beach, steps from the ocean and surrounded by the week’s major fairs and events.     Founded in 2013, Fridge Art Fair is the inclusive, dog-friendly boutique fair that mixes serious talent with serious fun. Past editions have celebrated icons from Freddie Mercury to Frida Kahlo, and this year promises another unforgettable edition.

The event begins with a Prosecco brunch reception, followed by a lecture from the Haas Brothers titled The Immaterial in Material, which explores their imaginative approach to form, function and fantasy.

    This program takes place Sunday, December 7 at the Lowe Art Museum, University of Miami.

    Twins Nikolai and Simon Haas founded the Haas Brothers in Los Angeles in 2010. Their practice spans design and contemporary art, blending playful fantasy with refined craftsmanship in mediums ranging from bronze and porcelain to beadwork and textiles. The duo’s work has been exhibited internationally and is held in prominent museum collections, celebrated for its fusion of humor, social commentary and boundary-pushing creativity.
